What We Offer

A practical, three-session financial education program designed for workers who are managing multiple credit obligations and want to understand exactly what they're paying — and why.

What Happens in Each Session

Each session has a focused objective. You come prepared with your documents, and you leave with concrete knowledge you can apply immediately.

Reading the Fine Print

Most people sign financial contracts without fully understanding them — not because they lack intelligence, but because the language is deliberately technical. This session demystifies that language.

  • Nominal vs. Effective Annual Rate (TNA vs. TEA)

Understand why these two numbers are different and which one tells you the real cost of borrowing.

  • Fee and charge identification

Locate all fees in your contract — origination fees, administrative charges, mandatory insurance — and understand how they affect your total cost.

  • Penalty and default clauses

Understand what happens contractually if you miss a payment or want to pay early.

Bring to this session: All credit contracts you currently have active — credit card agreements, personal loan documents, store financing papers.

Total Financial Cost

Knowing your monthly payment is not the same as knowing what you're paying. This session takes you through the full calculation of what each obligation actually costs you from start to finish.

  • Reading amortization tables

Understand how each payment divides between interest and principal reduction — and why early payments carry more interest.

  • Total interest calculation

Calculate the exact total amount you'll pay in interest across the life of each loan or credit line.

  • Remaining balance at any point

Determine how much you actually owe today — not just the scheduled remaining payments.

Payment Priority Plan

With a clear understanding of what each obligation costs, you can now organize them strategically. This session produces a written, personalized plan.

  • Debt prioritization by real cost

Order your obligations by their effective interest rate — not by balance or emotional weight — to identify where to focus additional payments.

  • Early cancellation analysis

Calculate whether paying off a specific obligation early actually saves money, accounting for prepayment penalties and the opportunity cost of that cash.

  • Monthly cash flow mapping

Understand how your current obligations interact with your monthly income and identify realistic opportunities for additional payments.

How the Sessions Work

Small Groups

Sessions are conducted in small groups so each participant has time to work through their own documents and ask questions specific to their contracts.

Fernando de la Mora

Sessions are held at our location in Fernando de la Mora, Bejarano 110304. The space is designed for focused, hands-on work with documents.

Bring Your Documents

Each participant brings their own active credit contracts. The exercises are built around your specific documents — not generic examples.

Progressive Structure

The three sessions build on each other. Session 1 establishes the foundation for reading contracts. Session 2 applies that knowledge to calculations. Session 3 uses both to build your plan. Attending all three sessions is recommended for full benefit.

No Sales, No Referrals

You will not be offered any financial product during or after the sessions. There are no referral arrangements with banks, lenders, or any other institution. The program is self-contained educational content.
